The attached image shows a jet-black hamburg steak topped with a yellow egg yolk sauce, finished with Parmesan cheese and coarsely ground pepper. The top of the image carries the notation “On sale at limited stores ahead of a nationwide rollout this winter,” which suggests that this 70-store rollout is positioned as a test-marketing run aimed at a nationwide launch in winter.
