In an official announcement dated June 19, 2026, Matsuya Foods announced a large-scale collaboration with the TV anime ‘ONE PIECE,’ to be held at Matsuya stores nationwide for about 99 days, from 10:00 a.m. on June 30, 2026 (Tue) to 9:59 a.m. on October 6 (Tue). It has four parts: sales of two collaboration-exclusive items, the ‘Giant Serving Set’ and the ‘ONE PIECE Set’; two rounds of perks with the Kids’ Menu; an online lottery giving 100 winners an ‘Original Collaboration Bowl’; and a Follow & Repost Campaign with 20 winners in total. The campaign is themed around the anime’s latest arc, the ‘Elbaf Arc.’

1. 2 Collaboration Sets + ‘Original Acrylic Block Chopstick Rest’ (12 Designs in Total)

Matsuya will sell the ‘Giant Serving Set’ and the ‘ONE PIECE Set,’ themed around the ‘ONE PIECE’ anime’s Elbaf Arc. Each collaboration set ordered comes with one collaboration-exclusive ‘Original Acrylic Block Chopstick Rest’ (randomly selected from 12 designs).

• Giant Serving Set: A hearty bowl with an extra-large serving of rice and three times the usual amount of meat and onion of a regular serving, with a chopstick rest included
• ONE PIECE Set: Choose from 6 types of Beef Bowl (Beef Bowl / Beef Bowl topped with Cheese / Beef Bowl topped with Green Onion and Soft Boiled Egg / Bowl of Mixed Simmered Beef and Kimchi / Beef Bowl topped with Grated Radish & Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce / Beef Bowl topped with Tomato and Cheese) and add a chopstick rest for +200 yen (tax included)

2. Kids’ Menu Perk Part 1 (6/30 – 8/18): ‘Original Sticker Sheet’

During Part 1, one ‘Original Sticker Sheet’ (randomly selected from 12 designs) is given with each eligible Kids’ Menu item ordered.

The perk comes in two parts: stickers during the summer vacation period (6/30 – 8/18), switching to name charms after summer vacation ends (8/18 – 10/6).

4. Online Lottery: ‘Original Collaboration Bowl’ for 100 Winners

In an online lottery open to receipts totaling 800 yen (tax included) or more, 100 winners will receive the collaboration-exclusive ‘Original Collaboration Bowl.’

• Eligible purchase period: 10:00 a.m. on June 30, 2026 (Tue) – 9:59 a.m. on October 6 (Tue)

Tie-In with the Elbaf Arc

The official announcement says, ‘The TV anime started in 1999 and is currently airing the giants’ land arc, the “Elbaf Arc,”’ and ‘the Straw Hat Pirates escape Egghead, the Island of the Future, and arrive with the Giant Warrior Pirates at Elbaf, the island of giants they have longed to reach.’ The collaboration set’s ‘Giant Serving Set’ (a hearty setup with three times the toppings on an extra-large serving of rice) appears to be a menu designed around the Elbaf Arc’s setting as the land of giants. The name plays on the anime’s latest arc, which is currently on air, and the size of the dish.

Link to the 60th Anniversary Campaigns

In June 2026, Matsuya concentrated five campaigns around its 60th founding anniversary on June 16: the Shkmeruli revival, a brand song written for ORCALAND, up to 40% PayPay cashback, triple points on Mobile Order, and free rice refills on set meals at all stores. On June 19 (today), it followed with a thank-you quote repost to ORCALAND and a preview of the ONE PIECE collaboration, so a major run of campaigns is under way, linking the 60th anniversary week to a summer IP collaboration. Replacing the Shkmeruli revival (on sale for just over a week, expected to end around 6/23–25), the focus shifts from June 30 onward to the roughly 99-day ONE PIECE collaboration.
