Matsuya Lines Up 9 Dishes, Including Beef Bowl, in "Matsuya Party" Photo on Official X
Matsuya’s official X account (@matsuya_foods) posted at 8:23 p.m. on August 14, sharing a photo of bowls and curry dishes served in black containers and spread across a table, with the caption “Matsuya Party!!! (╹◡╹)”. No product names or prices were included — just a single photo showing nine dishes lined up on the table.
Nine Dishes Cover the Table
In the photo, nine dishes served in black takeout containers are arranged in three rows. They include Matsuya’s staple Beef Bowl, a Beef Curry and Rice loaded with chunks of meat, and a beef dish topped with a Soft-boiled Egg — bringing together many of Matsuya’s signature offerings in one shot.
The toppings are varied too: a dish covered in melting cheese, another topped with chopped Nori and Kimchi, one layered with Green Onion and Grated Radish, and another combining cheese with a red sauce. A Hamburg Steak drizzled with white sauce sits in the center, and another Hamburg Steak topped with a Soft-boiled Egg appears in the top row. The lineup spans bowls, curry, and hamburg steak dishes across categories, adding up to a volume suited for a group to share.
Second “Matsuya Party” Call Since July
This is the second time the phrase “Matsuya Party” has appeared on the official X account since July 24. Last time, it was used in the message “Let’s throw a lively Matsuya Party at home!”, proposing that families enjoy the Kid’s Meal’s “ONE PIECE” sticker sheet giveaway (12 varieties in total) together.
This time, there’s no mention of any giveaway or collaboration — the focus is on the lineup of dishes itself. While both posts use the word “party,” the emphasis has shifted from suggesting a way to enjoy the products at home to simply showcasing a table filled with an actual spread of dishes.
Capping Off a Day Full of Announcements
August 14, the day of this post, was a busy day of announcements for Matsuya. At 10 a.m., the account previewed the launch of Part 2 of its TV anime “ONE PIECE” collaboration campaign, and at 6 p.m. it announced the release of the “Hiyajiru Chicken Nanban Set” — both moves tied to the approaching August 18 date. After a day filled with such announcements, this relaxed “Matsuya Party” photo was posted that evening.
Editor's Note
Seeing this many dishes lined up right when hunger strikes, it's hard not to want to order one of everything.
