Matsuya to Open New "Shin-Matsudo Store" in Chiba on August 1 — Store Moves in Matsudo and Osaka

Matsuya’s store network saw several changes. A new store, “Matsuya Shin-Matsudo Store,” is set to open in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture on August 1, while “Matsuya Sone Store” in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture becomes co-located with Matsunoya, and “Matsuya Matsudo-Matsuhidai Store” in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture reopens after a temporary closure.

“Shin-Matsudo Store” Is Matsudo’s 10th Location, a 24-Hour Store Co-located with Matsunoya

Matsuya Shin-Matsudo Store (2323) will open at 10:00 AM on August 1, 2026. It’s a 24-hour store co-located with Matsunoya on the first floor of the M-site Building in Shin-Matsudo, Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. This will be Matsuya’s 10th location in Matsudo City, and the second in the Shin-Matsudo area, following Matsuya Shin-Matsudo Nishiguchi Store (0674). Chiba Prefecture now has 77 Matsuya locations.

Osaka’s “Sone Store” Becomes Co-located with Matsunoya

Matsuya Sone Store (0932) has added Matsunoya as a co-located brand, and its name has changed to “Matsuya Sone Store (Co-located with Matsunoya).” The store has been temporarily closed since 3:00 PM on June 29 and is scheduled to reopen at 6:00 PM on July 15. Upon reopening, it will be co-located with Matsunoya. It’s a 24-hour store in Sone Higashi-machi, Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture.

Chiba’s “Matsudo-Matsuhidai Store” Reopens After Temporary Closure

Matsuya Matsudo-Matsuhidai Store (1789), which had been temporarily closed since 3:00 PM on July 3, reopened today, July 10, at 3:00 PM. With this, the temporary closure notice that had been attached to the store’s name has been removed, returning to its normal listing. It’s a 24-hour store in Matsuhidai, Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture.
