Matsuya’s official X account (@matsuya_foods) posted at 6 PM on May 16, 2026, announcing the coupon for new and classic menu items available in the Matsuya App (May 12, 2026, 10:00 to May 19, 10:00; usable on Matsuben Net and Matsuya Mobile Order). With about three days left in the distribution period, this is a reminder push from the X side.

Original Post

松屋アプリなら、新メニューのほかに一部定番メニューのクーポンも配信しています✨ 「松弁ネット」「モバイルオーダー」で利用いただけます！

The post has two elements: an announcement that coupons are being distributed, and a statement of which services they apply to. It stresses that both “new menu items” and “classic menu items” are covered, and points customers to Matsuben Net and Matsuya Mobile Order for redemption.

The Five Coupon Items

According to the image, the coupon covers five items: two new menu items and three classic ones. The discount differs by item.

Menu Item	Regular Price	Discount	Price After Discount	Category
Butter Chicken Curry and Rice	980 yen	50 yen off	930 yen	New menu item (released 5/12)
Cream Butter Curry and Rice	730 yen	50 yen off	680 yen	New menu item (released 5/12)
Set Meal of Grilled Pork Loin	880 yen	70 yen off	810 yen	Classic (released 4/21; discontinuation notice since 5/13)
Beef Bibimbap Bowl	690 yen	50 yen off	640 yen	Classic
Beef Bowl topped with Grated Radish & Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce	560 yen	30 yen off	530 yen	Classic

Coupon Period and Eligible Services

The image shows “アプリで使う” (Use in App) at the upper left, with the period printed along the top.

Item	Details
Distribution period	Tuesday, May 12, 2026, 10:00 to Tuesday, May 19, 10:00
Eligible services	Matsuben Net, Matsuya Mobile Order
How to use	Get the coupon in the Matsuya App and apply it on an eligible service
Catchphrase (main panel)	Batachiki, Nailed It. / More Buttery Flavor

The period runs exactly seven days and ends at 10:00 on May 19, when sales of the new “Set Meal of Grilled Thick Pork with Chimichurri Sauce” begin. The old coupon is replaced at the moment the new menu item launches.

Set Meal of Grilled Pork Loin Also Covered Despite Discontinuation Notice

Of the five eligible items, the “Set Meal of Grilled Pork Loin” (880 yen) is the one that received a “※順次、販売終了予定” (※To be discontinued successively) note on its menu entry at 16:17 on May 13. The 70 yen off coupon continues to apply to this item even under a discontinuation notice, and it is the largest discount of the five.

The coupon’s end at 10:00 on May 19 also coincides with the switch to the new “Set Meal of Grilled Thick Pork Loin” (980 yen; a volume increase from 120 g to 180 g, along with a price increase). This is the last window to buy the current item under discontinuation notice (880 yen) at up to 70 yen off.

How the Coupon Was Announced

The sequence of announcements leading up to today’s X post is below. It was rolled out in stages across multiple channels: an app notification, a repeat app notification, then an X post.

Date/Time	Channel	Content
May 11, 2026, 6:01	Official app	Early-morning push notification announcing coupons for new and classic menu items
May 12, 2026, 22:42	Official app	Same-text coupon notification sent again on the night of the Batachiki release
May 16, 2026, 18:00 (this post)	Official X	Re-announcement summarizing the five coupon items now distributed in the app

The May 11 app notification was the first announcement, followed by a repeat on the night of the May 12 Batachiki release, and now a further reminder on X on May 16. Three announcements in total reach both app members and Matsuya’s official X followers repeatedly.

Overlap with the Matsuben Net Double Point Campaign Ending May 17

At 13:00 today, a final reminder for the “Matsuben Net Double Point Campaign” (ending 5/17) was posted on the official X account, and its period overlaps with this coupon announcement (ending 5/19).

Period	Campaign	Details
5/1–5/17	Matsuben Net Double Point Campaign	Double the usual Matsuya Points
5/12–5/19	Coupon for new and classic menu items	30–70 yen off a total of five items, including Batachiki, Cream Butter, and Set Meal of Grilled Pork Loin

Through May 17, the “Matsuben Net double points + coupon” combination can be stacked. For the Set Meal of Grilled Pork Loin, which is under a discontinuation notice, ordering ahead through Matsuben Net gives the best effective value by combining the 70 yen off coupon with double points, and only one day (through May 17) of that window remains.
