Matsuya to Hold "Side Dish Takeout Bundle Deal Campaign" in June

On May 29, 2026, Matsuya announced the “Side Dish Takeout Bundle Deal Campaign” in an official notice. The campaign runs for 14 days, from 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 2 to 11:59 PM on Monday, June 15. Ordering any combination of the 9 eligible prepared food items through Matsuben Net or Matsuya Mobile Order (takeout) earns a discount of up to 250 yen, depending on the number of items bundled together.

Discount Structure

A lump-sum discount is applied to the stacked price (the total if each item were ordered individually), based on the number of items bundled together.

Matsuya ran the “Bowls & Taco Rice Bundle Deal Campaign” from May 19 to May 31, and this new campaign launches immediately afterward as an effective second installment.

This forms a two-stage push for takeout bundle purchases, moving from “bowls (rice dishes)” to “prepared foods (side dishes only).” The maximum discount has been set at 250 yen for two campaigns in a row.

The Lineage of the “Side Dish A La Carte” Slot

Past official notices confirm that a takeout bundle promotion under the “Side Dish A La Carte” name was also held in December 2025, covering 11 eligible prepared food items. The lineup at that time included Thick Boneless Pork Rib Yakiniku, Stamina Thick Boneless Pork Rib Yakiniku, Spicy Stir-fried Yakiniku Beef, Bulgogi, and three Umatoma Hamburg Steak items.

Four staples carried over in common across this round’s 9 items: Simmered Beef & Onion Regular Serving, Founding Beef Curry and Rice, Yakiniku Beef, and Yakiniku Boneless Short Rib. On the thick pork side, the previous “Pork Rib” and “Stamina Pork Rib” have been swapped out for “Grilled Pork Loin,” “Pork Steak,” and “Grilled Thick Pork with Chimichurri Sauce.” In the hamburg steak slot, the previous three items — “Umatoma,” “Extra Cheese Umatoma,” and “Half-and-Half Beef Umatoma” — have been reorganized into two: “Overflowing Three-Kind Rich Cheese-Filled Umatoma” and “Overflowing Three-Kind Rich Cheese-Filled Demi-glace Egg.” As Matsuya’s core menu itself has been updated over the past six months, the bundle-deal lineup reflects those changes as well.
