Matsuya Re-announces Summer Vacation Coupon with Up to 15% PayPay Cashback on Official X

At 2:00 PM on August 22, Matsuya Foods’ official X account (@matsuya_foods) re-announced a PayPay point cashback coupon usable on Matsuben Net, Matsuya Mobile Order, and other channels. This is the Matsuya App Summer Vacation Coupon that has been running since August 1, valid through 11:59 PM on August 31. The re-announcement comes with just nine days left before it ends.

Two Tiers of Cashback, Capped at 200 Points Per Use

The offer covers payments made via Matsuben Net, Matsuya Mobile Order, Matsuben Delivery, and the Matsuben Net Mini App. Paying with PayPay for a tax-included total of 800 yen or more earns up to 10% back in PayPay Points, while 1,200 yen or more earns up to 15% back, credited at a later date. The grant is capped at 200 points per use, and if a customer holds two or more coupons for the same store, only the one with the higher payout is applied.

Fifth Mention on Official X, First Time Both Tiers Appear Together

This is the fifth time the official X account has featured this Summer Vacation Coupon, following the launch announcement on August 1, and further posts on August 2, August 13, and August 16. However, each of the previous four posts covered only one of the two tiers — either “up to 10% for 800 yen or more” or “up to 15% for 1,200 yen or more” (the August 13 post didn’t even mention a cashback rate, simply saying the coupon was “currently available”). This is the first time both cashback tiers have been laid out together in a single post. With nine days left before the offer ends, the account has re-presented the full set of terms.

The coupon was first previewed in an official announcement dated July 28 titled “Matsuya App Summer Vacation Coupon Coming Soon!”, and has been repeatedly promoted through official X and the app since its August 1 launch. Today’s post uses the same figures and terms as that announcement, with no new details added. The opening sentence ends with the emoticon “(´｡• ᵕ •｡)”, and the post closes with a “✨”.
