Matsuya's Koshigaya Gamo Store and Another Saitama Location Drop Co-located Hours Notes, Unify to "24-Hour Operation"

As of 20:05 on June 13, 2026, the operating-hours notation for two stores was tidied up simultaneously in Matsuya’s official store data. The stores in question are “Matsuya Minamitsumori Store” (0503, 6-6-46 Minamitsumori, Nishinari-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) and “Matsuya Asaka Hizaori Store” (1811, Hizaoricho, Asaka City, Saitama Prefecture; co-located with Matsunoya). Neither store’s core operating hours changed — only conservative notation cleanup was reflected: removal of a past Temporarily Closed schedule (Minamitsumori Store) and the addition of a single comma (Asaka Hizaori Store).

Minamitsumori Store: Outdated May 20 Temporary Closure Schedule Notation Removed

At the end of the operating-hours notation for “Matsuya Minamitsumori Store” (0503, 6-6-46 Minamitsumori, Nishinari-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), the already-past May 20 Temporarily Closed schedule notation was removed.

Item Before After (this update)
Hours notation 5:00 to 2:00 the next day *Temporarily Closed 5/20: 22:00 to 2:00 the next day 5:00 to 2:00 the next day
Core operating hours 5:00 to 2:00 the next day No change
Temporary closure schedule May 20, 22:00–2:00 the next day Removed

May 20 was a schedule date long since passed, and today’s update dropped it from the notation on the official site. The core operating hours (5:00 to 2:00 the next day) are unchanged — only the cleanup of a past-dated supplementary note was reflected. Coming roughly 24 days after 5/20, on 6/13, this is a delayed piece of notation housekeeping that resolves a state where an outdated schedule had been left in place across a month boundary.

Asaka Hizaori Store: Single Comma Added to Matsunoya Hours Note

At the end of the operating-hours notation for “Matsuya Asaka Hizaori Store” (1811, Hizaoricho, Asaka City, Saitama Prefecture; co-located with Matsunoya), a single comma was added to the Matsunoya hours note.

Item Before After (this update)
Hours notation 24-hour operation *Matsunoya is 8:00 to 22:00, Last Order 15 minutes prior 24-hour operation *Matsunoya is, 8:00 to 22:00, Last Order 15 minutes prior
Matsunoya operating hours 8:00 to 22:00 No change
Notation correction No comma directly after “Matsunoya is” Comma inserted after “Matsunoya is,”

None of the time information, core operating hours, or Matsunoya operating hours changed — this was purely a notation correction adding a single comma right after “Matsunoya is.” It reads as an edit aimed at readability, and falls within a scope of cleanup that has no bearing on the store’s operating status.

Asaka Hizaori Store Was Among the May 26 Reopening Group

Asaka Hizaori Store is one of four stores (Asaka Hizaori Store, Aoto Store, Nangodori Store, and Minowacho Store) that entered Temporarily Closed status on May 11, 2026, and it reopened on May 26 with its co-located concept switched from My Curry Shokudo to Matsunoya. Today’s comma addition is a minor operating-hours notation tweak roughly 18 days after that reopening, one instance in an ongoing flow of gradual cleanup to the post-reopening notation.

Editor's Note

Removing an outdated schedule and adding a single comma, reflected at the same time — unglamorous, but it offers a glimpse into the day-to-day notation maintenance that quietly accumulates behind the scenes.
