The prize that comes with ordering Matsuya’s kids’ sets, the Kid’s Beef Bowl Waku Waku Set and Kid’s Curry and Rice Waku Waku Set (450 yen each), will switch to the “Original Name Charm” starting at 10 a.m. on August 18, 2026. The change comes with Part 2 of the collaboration campaign with the TV anime ONE PIECE, whose start Matsuya’s official account announced on August 14.

The Prize: One of 12 “Original Name Charm” Designs, Chosen at Random

Part 2 runs from 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, through 9:59 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6. Ordering an eligible Kids’ Menu item during that period gets you one randomly selected charm from the full set of 12 “Original Name Charm” designs. The eligible items are the two sets: the Kid’s Beef Bowl Waku Waku Set and the Kid’s Curry and Rice Waku Waku Set.

In a post at 10 a.m. on August 14, Matsuya’s official X account (@matsuya_foods) had announced in advance that “the Kids’ Menu prize will switch to the Original Name Charm.” The sticker sheets (12 designs in total) that had been given out during Part 1 will also stop being distributed at the same time, 9:59 a.m. on August 18.

Two Items Still 450 Yen Each — Only the Prize Is New

Both of the items whose prize is changing this time remain priced at 450 yen, tax included. The price is unchanged, and there is no change to the nutritional values either.

The Kid’s Curry and Rice Waku Waku Set carries a notice reading, “Contains honey. To prevent infant botulism, do not give to infants under 1 year of age.”

At 450 yen, the price is 10 yen less than the Regular Serving Beef Bowl (460 yen for Only) and 50 yen more than the Tokuasa Simmered Beef & Onion Set Meal (400 yen). No other item on the current menu is priced at exactly 450 yen besides these two.

The Prize Has Always Changed on a Tuesday

The menu page for these two kids’ items has been updated every time the collaboration prize changes. It switched to the Kobito Zukan Collaboration on March 31, to the Kobito Zukan Collaboration Part 2 on May 12, and to the ONE PIECE Collaboration (Part 1) on June 30, and now receives a new prize with ONE PIECE Part 2 on August 18. Every one of these switches has landed on a Tuesday, with the interval between them running 42 days, then 49 days, then 49 days. Throughout, the 450 yen base price and the nutritional values have not changed once.

Part 2 Also Brings a Chopstick Rest Bonus and Lottery Promotions

Alongside the “Name Charm” for the Kids’ Menu, ONE PIECE Collaboration Part 2 continues to offer the “Original Acrylic Block Chopstick Rest” (12 designs in total, a bonus for ordering the Giant Serving Set or the ONE PIECE Set) that has been running since Part 1 started on June 30. Also running in parallel are a receipt-entry lottery for the “Original Collaboration Bowl” (100 winners) and a follow-and-repost lottery on the official X account (August 18–30, with 10 winners receiving a complete chopstick rest set and 5,000 Matsuya Points).

Editor's Note
