Matsuya to Launch 120g Thick-Cut 'Set Meal of Grilled Pork Loin' on April 21 — Salt-based Green Onion Bowl Also Gets a Meatier Upgrade
Matsuya announced on April 16 that it will release the Set Meal of Grilled Pork Loin starting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21. The new dish features a 120g thick-cut pork loin grilled on a teppan, which diners can season to their own taste with the yakiniku sauce provided on the table.
Matsuya describes it as “a new set meal that upgrades the thickness of the pork in its pork loin lineup, which has previously come in a variety of flavors.”

Salt-based Green Onion Bowl Also Gets a Thicker Cut
In addition to the existing Original Salt-based Green Onion Thick Pork Boneless Short Rib Bowl (Regular Serving, 690 yen), a new Salt-based Green Onion Bowl (Regular Serving, 730 yen) with an upgraded meat thickness is being introduced.

Matsuya has repeatedly rolled out pork-based menu items. This latest addition follows the Samgyeopsal-style Extra-Thick Pork Boneless Short Rib Yakiniku Set Meal (delisted on April 7) and the Garlic Butter Pork Short Rib & Egg Bowl (released March 31, store-limited).
