On April 2, Matsuya announced that it will launch the “Umatoma Cheese Beef Bowl” on Tuesday, April 7, at 10:00 a.m. The sauce from Matsuya’s popular “Umatoma” series is being combined with the Beef Bowl.

Matsuya describes it as “the flavor of Matsuya’s signature Umatoma sauce, which keeps selling out, now on a Beef Bowl.” The bowl is a Beef Bowl topped with melting cheese and then finished with Umatoma sauce. Matsuya calls it “a long-awaited fusion menu, with the savory depth of garlic and the refreshing acidity of tomato spreading in every bite.”
