Matsuya to Launch Umatoma Cheese Beef Bowl on April 7 — Popular Umatoma Sauce Comes to Beef Bowl for the First Time
On April 2, Matsuya announced it will launch the Umatoma Cheese Beef Bowl starting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7. The sauce from Matsuya’s popular Umatoma series is now paired with Beef Bowl.
Matsuya describes it as “the flavor of Matsuya’s famous Umatoma sauce, which has repeatedly sold out, now on Beef Bowl,” explaining the dish as Beef Bowl topped with melting cheese and finished with Umatoma sauce poured over it. The company calls it “a long-awaited fusion menu item where the savory richness of garlic and the refreshing tartness of tomato spread across the palate.”
