On August 29, Matsuya used its official X account (@matsuya_foods) to once again introduce the “Name Charm (12 designs in total),” a bonus item given out with Kids’ Menu orders. It’s being distributed during ONE PIECE Collaboration Part 2 (10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2026 through 9:59 a.m. on October 6, at Matsuya locations nationwide), a tie-in with the TV anime series ONE PIECE, and customers receive one randomly selected design out of the 12 available.

The Bonus Item Switched From “Sticker Sheet”

This Name Charm is a bonus item that appeared with the start of Collaboration Part 2 on August 18. In Part 1 (which began in June), the Kids’ Menu bonus was the “Sticker Sheet (12 designs in total),” but for Part 2 it switched to the “Name Charm (12 designs in total).” Both share the same distribution format of receiving one randomly selected design out of 12, but the merchandise itself was swapped out for Part 2, the latter half of the collaboration.

Official X Suggests Attaching It to a Water Bottle

This post came with a suggested way to use the charm: “Attach it to your favorite water bottle and make it your companion for outings!” The image in the post shows a Name Charm attached with a green band to the handle of a mint-gray stainless steel bottle. The charm is round and depicts Roronoa Zoro holding a sword with a fearless grin, with the English text “RORONOA ZORO” printed on it. Shot against a backdrop of outdoor greenery, the image gives a concrete picture of carrying the charm attached to a water bottle.

As for suggested uses for the charm, an August 23 post raised a different scenario, saying “attach it to your school backpack or your bag for after-school lessons.” Each time the same bonus item is introduced, a different scene for carrying it around is added. It’s also worth noting that the hashtags “#Matsuya #ONEPIECE” at the end have appeared on posts about the Name Charm since August 22 onward, but were not seen in earlier announcements of the Kids’ Menu bonus.

The Kobito Zukan Collaboration Also Swapped Its Prize Partway Through

This is not the first time Matsuya has swapped a Kids’ Menu bonus item partway through the same collaboration period. In the “Kobito Zukan” collaboration that ran before the ONE PIECE tie-in, the bonus item switched once from a “towel” to a “pouch.” Running a popular collaboration for an extended period while changing the giveaway partway through to encourage repeat visits is an approach Matsuya has used repeatedly for its Kids’ Menu. The Part 2 Name Charm is scheduled to be distributed through 9:59 a.m. on October 6.
