Matsuya Sets Limited-Time Flag on "Chunky Stewed Chicken Curry and Rice" — Now Officially a Limited-Time Item in Menu Data

It was confirmed that on April 14, 2026, Matsuya’s menu data had a limited-time flag set on the “Chunky Stewed Chicken Curry and Rice” (890 yen), an item that had only just been added to the menu that same day.

The official announcement on April 9, 2026 had already specified that the item would be available for “approximately one month, for a limited time,” but no flag was set at the point it was added to the menu page. It was only once the 10:00 a.m. sales start time arrived that the item was formally registered as a limited-time product.

This same pattern was previously confirmed with the “Stir-fried Chicken with Butter Soy Sauce Set Meal” on March 31 and the “Umatoma Cheese Beef Bowl” on April 7. Adding an item to the menu data first, then setting the limited-time flag anywhere from tens of minutes to a few hours later, has become a standard pattern in how Matsuya updates its menu.
