The announcement image uses the same nautical-chart-style sepia background with a compass rose as the first item, the “Giant Serving Set,” with the “Matsuya × ONE PIECE” logo placed in the upper left. At the center, three Beef Bowls served in white bowls patterned with orange and red dots are lined up, showing variations: the one on the left is a plain Beef Bowl, the one on the upper right is topped with a soft-boiled egg and chopped green onion, and the one in front is topped with chopped green onion and a white grated-radish-style condiment. The title “ONE PIECE Set, All 6 Types” sits at center left, with a red “Random from 12 Designs” badge on the right. At the bottom is a box reading “Add 200 yen to an eligible menu item and get one ‘Acrylic Block Chopstick Rest’!,” connecting a visual of one Beef Bowl representing all 6 eligible menu items to a visual of an Acrylic Block Chopstick Rest featuring a character design, joined by a plus sign. At the very bottom are the notes “Please check the special website for details on eligible menu items,” “Orders from Matsuben Net, Matsuya Mobile Order, and Matsuben Delivery are also eligible,” “Prices include tax,” “Each menu item can be chosen in Regular Serving as well as Small Serving, Large Topping-Only Serving, Large Serving, or Extra-large Serving (prices vary),” and “Image is for illustration purposes only,” alongside the copyright notice.

How It Differs from the “Giant Serving Set”: A Choose-Your-Beef-Bowl-Plus-200-Yen Design

The first item, the “Giant Serving Set” revealed on June 20, was a single fixed configuration priced at 1,430 yen, featuring Extra-large Serving rice topped with three times the Regular Serving amount of meat and onion, with an Acrylic Block Chopstick Rest included as standard — a volume-focused offering. The second item, the “ONE PIECE Set,” differs most in that customers can choose their favorite of all 6 eligible Beef Bowls, with sizes also selectable from Regular Serving, Small Serving, Large Topping-Only Serving, Large Serving, and Extra-large Serving. The chopstick rest is treated as a 200-yen option, designed so that simply adding 200 yen to the regular Beef Bowl price gets you the same random selection of 12 designs. Against the volume-first “Giant Serving Set,” the “ONE PIECE Set” offers a wider range of Beef Bowl varieties and serving sizes, and can be read as a configuration that keeps the entry price low for those chasing the chopstick rest.

The 12 Random Acrylic Block Chopstick Rest Designs and How to Order

The “Original Acrylic Block Chopstick Rest,” the bonus common to both sets, comes in a random selection of 12 designs, and customers cannot choose which design they receive with each purchase. Collecting all 12 designs requires multiple purchases, a format designed to give customers a reason to return during the collaboration period. The sample shown in the announcement image displays an acrylic block featuring a character design. Orders are eligible not only in-store but also via Matsuben Net, Matsuya Mobile Order, and Matsuben Delivery, with details on all 6 eligible Beef Bowls provided on the special website. This is the same type of collectible design used in the second “Kobito Zukan” collaboration that began on May 12, where customers who ordered a Kid’s Meal received a randomly selected pouch from 6 designs, but this time takes the form of an acrylic chopstick rest usable at the table.

Where the Two Items Fit Within the Overall ONE PIECE Collaboration

The large-scale ONE PIECE Collaboration, previewed in an official notice dated June 19, consists of four elements: the sale of the two collaboration-exclusive items, the “Giant Serving Set” and “ONE PIECE Set”; a Kids’ Menu bonus; an Online Lottery for the “Original Collaboration Bowl” offering prizes to 100 winners; and a Follow & Repost Campaign. Today’s post completes the specifications for the second item, with the announcement proceeding on a schedule that revealed the second item one day after the first item was revealed on June 20. The collaboration as a whole runs for about 99 days, from 10:00 a.m. on June 30 to 9:59 a.m. on October 6, while the merchandise campaign alone (under the name “Natsu da! En da! Daimanpuku Matsuri”) runs from June 30 to August 18, with 9 days remaining until the launch of this long-running collaboration timed to the summer vacation shopping season.

Editor's Note

Go all-in with the Giant Serving Set, or pick your favorite Beef Bowl and add 200 yen just for the chopstick rest? For anyone chasing a full set of all 12 designs, this might be the real pick.
