Bowl 1 shows the basic look, a hamburg steak coated in brown sauce topped with parsley; bowl 2 comes with melted cheese; and bowl 3 is topped with a soft sunny-side-up egg, making the differences in toppings visible alongside the differences in quantity. Alongside the standard Hamburg Steak with Brown Sauce Set Meal (1,180 yen), the lineup now includes the Egg Hamburg Steak with Brown Sauce Set Meal (1,280 yen), topped with a sunny-side-up egg, and the Cheese Hamburg Steak with Brown Sauce Set Meal (1,380 yen), topped with cheese — both available with a choice of one to three patties. The cheese in bowl 2 and the sunny-side-up egg in bowl 3 in the photo appear to correspond to these variations.
