On September 29, Matsuya announced that it will distribute a PayPay coupon from October 1 to mark the Matsuya Foods official app reaching 6 million members. When you pay in advance with PayPay for 800 yen or more (tax included) on an order placed through the app, such as Matsuben Net, Matsuya Mobile Order, or Matsuben Delivery, you get up to 10% back in PayPay Points. A PayPay scratch card lottery runs at the same time.
Eligibility and Rebate Terms
To use the coupon, you need to claim it in the PayPay app, place an order through the “Matsuya Foods official app” or the “Matsuben Net Mini App,” and pay in advance with PayPay for 800 yen or more (tax included). The main terms are as follows.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Commemorating | Matsuya Foods official app reaching 6 million members |
| Period | October 1, 2026 (Thu) 0:00 to October 31 (Sat) 23:59 |
| Eligible orders | Matsuben Net / Matsuya Mobile Order / Matsuben Delivery / Matsuben Net Mini App |
| Rebate | Up to 10% in PayPay Points on PayPay payments of 800 yen (tax included) or more |
| Point cap | 200 points per use, 1,000 points for the whole period |
| Number of uses | Up to 5 times during the period |
Participating stores are Matsuya, Matsunoya, My Curry Shokudo, Sushimatsu, Shoken Chinese Dining, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, Steak Set Meal & Bowl Matsugyu, Mugi no Toriko, and Tukkun² nationwide, excluding some stores and those located in parking areas. Matsuya Foods is listed as the operator of the campaign and coupon, and PayPay as the service operator. In every case, eligibility is determined by the date and time of the order.
How to Reach 800 Yen
The 800 yen (tax included) threshold can’t be reached with the flagship Beef Bowl in a Regular Serving (460 yen) alone. You only clear it on its own with set meals such as the Set Meal of Seared Salmon (800 yen) or the Stir-fried Pork with Ginger Soy Sauce Set Meal (850 yen), while the Yakiniku Pork Loin Set Meal (790 yen) falls just short. If you’re going with Beef Bowl items, you’ll need to add a Rice Set, a side, or toppings to get into the 800-yen range.
The rebate rate is 10%, and the cap is 200 points per use. A single payment of 2,000 yen reaches the 200-point cap, and anything spent beyond that earns nothing extra for that use. The cap for the whole period is 1,000 points, which matches exactly 200 points × 5 uses. To collect the full amount, the most efficient approach is to make five payments of 2,000 yen or more.
What Changed From the 5.5 Million Campaign
Matsuya has repeatedly distributed commemorative coupons to mark app membership milestones, and reaching 6 million comes about five months after the previous 5.5 million milestone (April). The rebate structure, however, has been reworked since then.
The PayPay coupon for the 5.5 million campaign had two stages, up to 15% in the first half and up to 10% in the second (a 19-day run from April 29 to May 17), so you had to claim the coupon again partway through. This time it is a flat up to 10% throughout, over a longer 31 days from October 1 to 31. A PayPay coupon was also distributed in August, but that one also had two tiers: 10% for 800 yen or more and 15% for 1,200 yen or more. This time the offer has been consolidated into a flat 10% for 800 yen or more, but it newly comes with limits on the number of uses and the total amount: up to 5 uses and up to 1,000 points for the period.
Some past milestone campaigns lined up multiple coupons by payment brand, but both the previous 5.5 million campaign and this one have been a single PayPay offering. This time, a PayPay scratch card lottery is added on top. For details on the scratch card lottery, you are directed to check the PayPay app.

Editor's Note
Last time's 5.5 million-member campaign started at 15%, so this one's number looks modest, but a full month of use plus a PayPay scratch card lottery isn't bad.
