Matsuya Expands Operating Hours to 24 Hours at 3 Stores, Including Kawajima

StoreUpdated

Three Matsuya stores changed their operating hours to 24-hour operation effective June 30. The Kawajima store (0980) in Saitama Prefecture, the Hamamatsu Koryu store (1793) in Shizuoka Prefecture, and the Yamato-Shibuya store (1840) in Kanagawa Prefecture have all expanded their operating hours, which were previously limited by day of the week or time slot, to 24-hour operation.

All 3 Stores Now Open 24 Hours

Store Previous Operating Hours After Change
Kawajima (co-located with Matsunoya / Kawajima, Saitama Prefecture) Varied by day of the week, such as opening at 6:00 or closing at 2:00 the following day; 24-hour operation only on Saturdays 24-hour operation (Matsunoya portion unchanged at 8:00-22:00)
Hamamatsu Koryu (co-located with My Curry Shokudo / Chuo Ward, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture) Monday from 8:00, Tuesday through Thursday 24 hours, Friday until 22:00, Saturday and Sunday 8:00-22:00 24-hour operation
Yamato-Shibuya (Yamato, Kanagawa Prefecture) 4:00 to 2:00 the following day 24-hour operation

At the Kawajima store, the co-located Matsunoya section remains unchanged, open from 8:00 to 22:00 (last order 15 minutes before closing), with only the Matsuya section expanding to 24-hour operation. Although the three stores are located in different regions—Saitama, Shizuoka, and Kanagawa—all three have unified their previously segmented hours into 24-hour operation, expanding the time slots available for late-night and early-morning visits.

Editor's Note

Three stores across Saitama, Shizuoka, and Kanagawa have all become stores that never sleep. The window for grabbing a Beef Bowl even in the dead of night has grown just a little wider.
