Matsuya Odakyu-Sagamihara Store Switches to 24-Hour Operation

松屋 小田急相模原店（0119）が、営業時間を「朝5時から翌2時まで、ラストオーダーは閉店15分前」から24時間営業に変更したことがわかった。神奈川県相模原市南区松が枝町に位置する同店は、これで時間帯を問わず牛めしや定食を提供する体制となった。

Both Stores East and West of Odakyu-Sagamihara Station Are Now Open 24 Hours

Matsuya Odakyu-Sagamihara Store (0119) has changed its operating hours from “5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the next day, with last orders 15 minutes before closing” to 24-hour operation. Located in Matsugaecho, Minami Ward, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, the store is now set up to serve Beef Bowl and Set Meals around the clock, regardless of the time.

Odakyu-Sagamihara Store is located on the east side of Odakyu-Sagamihara Station on the Odakyu Odawara Line. On the west exit side of the same station is Matsuya Odakyu-Sagamihara Nishiguchi Store (1713), which has already been operating 24 hours. With this change, the two stores flanking the station on the east and west now both operate around the clock. With two Matsuya locations near the same station, customers can find a store open late at night or early in the morning no matter which ticket gate they exit.

With this change, 8 of the 13 Matsuya stores operating within Sagamihara City now operate 24 hours. The remaining 5 stores have set operating hours. The operating hours for each store in the city are as follows.

Within the same city, Fuchinobe Kitaguchi Store also saw a change this year: its hours were shortened in April and then restored to the original schedule in July. Operating hours continue to be reviewed on a store-by-store basis within the city.

24-Hour Operation Is the Norm in Kanagawa and Nationwide

The shift from set operating hours to 24-hour operation is spreading across Matsuya as a whole. Within Kanagawa Prefecture, 88 of the 111 currently operating stores (roughly 80%) run 24 hours, and nationwide, 992 of 1,215 currently operating stores (also roughly 80%) do the same. Odakyu-Sagamihara Store, which had remained on limited hours, has now joined this majority. Within Kanagawa Prefecture, Futamatagawa Store and Tsurugamine Store in Asahi Ward, Yokohama City, also switched to 24-hour operation in September.
