Matsuya is running the “MATSUYA DELI Point Boost Campaign” exclusively on the Matsuya App from 3 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 through 11:59 PM on Monday, November 2. Ordering an eligible item from the takeout series MATSUYA DELI via Matsuben Net or Matsuya Mobile Order during the period earns 50 Matsuya Points. The start time coincides exactly with the simultaneous price cut on MATSUYA DELI that also takes effect at 3 PM on October 27, and the “renewal commemoration” in the campaign’s name refers to this price revision.

What the “Renewal” Actually Means: A Simultaneous Price Cut Starting at the Same Moment

The campaign’s start time (3 PM on October 27) exactly matches the effective time of the simultaneous price cut on 13 MATSUYA DELI items, announced in an official notice dated October 21. The price cuts range from 80 yen off beef plate items and 70 yen off Founding Beef Curry and Rice to 140 yen off yakiniku and hamburg steak items, a reduction of up to 140 yen. The 50-point grant begins at exactly the same moment the new prices take effect.

17 Eligible Items, Limited to Matsuben Net and Matsuya Mobile Order

The point grant covers the following 17 items. Since MATSUYA DELI is takeout-only, pickup is limited to in-store collection.

Of these, four items — Black Mapo Tofu DELI, Neo Kashmir Curry and Rice DELI, Neo Kashmir Chunky Chicken Curry and Rice DELI, and Gorochiki Chili Sauce DELI — are not listed with prices in this price-cut announcement. With curry-, mapo-, and chili-sauce-based items also included, the point-grant eligibility covers a wider range of items than the 13 items receiving the price cut.

The point grant applies to orders placed via Matsuben Net or Matsuya Mobile Order; Matsuben Delivery is not eligible. Eligibility is determined by the pickup date and time. All sizes qualify for the point grant, and eligible stores are Matsuya locations nationwide, excluding the Haneda Innovation City Store, the Narita Airport Terminal 3 Store, and highway parking area stores.

A Flat 50 Points: The Lower the Price, the Bigger the Relative Weight

Since the 50 points granted are a flat amount regardless of the item’s price, the lower the price of the item ordered, the larger that grant’s weight relative to the amount paid. Between Beef Plate DELI (290 yen), the cheapest item after the price cut, and items in the 550-yen range such as Yakiniku Beef DELI, Umatoma Hamburg Steak DELI, and Yakiniku Boneless Short Rib DELI, the same 50 points works out to roughly double the relative weight against the amount paid.

Beef Plate DELI stands out in particular: its post-cut price of 290 yen is 80 yen cheaper than the in-store side dish Beef Plate (370 yen). When MATSUYA DELI launched on September 1, 2026, Beef Plate DELI was priced the same 370 yen as the in-store item, but this price cut flips it to below the in-store menu price. On top of that, the flat 50-point grant now applies to what is the cheapest item in the lineup.

Overlaps with the Mobile Order Triple-Point Period

Starting the same day, October 27, a separate campaign also began that triples the points earned via Matsuya Mobile Order every day from 2 PM to 11 PM, running through November 9. Its period overlaps with this 50-point grant (October 27, 3 PM through November 2). However, the official notice for this campaign explicitly states that “the points above are not eligible for the Point Multiplier Boost Campaign,” meaning the 50 points themselves are not subject to the triple-point multiplier.

Four Rounds of Measures Stacked Within a Month and a Half of Launch

MATSUYA DELI is a takeout series launched nationwide on September 1, 2026, with yakiniku items added on the 25th of the same month. On October 21, a simultaneous price cut on 13 items was announced, and this point grant has now been layered on top to coincide with that cut taking effect (3 PM on October 27). In roughly a month and a half since launch, the series has seen a steady stream of changes — new items added, prices cut, and now points boosted.

Stacking points on top of a price cut at the very moment it takes effect — Matsuya really seems to want to push MATSUYA DELI hard.
