Matsuya to Triple Mobile Order Points for 2 PM–11 PM Orders, October 27–November 9

Matsuya Foods will run the “Matsuya Mobile Order 2 PM–11 PM Triple Point Campaign” from 2 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 through 11 PM on Monday, November 9, tripling the usual Matsuya Point reward for orders placed via Matsuya Mobile Order between 2 PM and 11 PM. The campaign is exclusive to the Matsuya App and was announced on the official website in a notice dated October 26.

Nine Hours From Afternoon to Night, Bundled Into One Slot — Another Time-Slot Triple Following ‘Asatoku’

Matsuya has historically announced point perks for Mobile Order and Matsuben Net in small, time-slot-specific batches. Matsuben Net has rolled out “Gogotoku” (2 PM–6 PM) and “Yorutoku” (6 PM–11 PM) as separate announcements, and Mobile Order just ran “Asatoku” (5 AM–10 AM), targeting the early morning slot, from October 20 to 26. This time’s “2 PM–11 PM” bundles a continuous nine hours spanning afternoon and night into a single campaign, and this is the first time this exact time range has been used in an official announcement.

Since Asatoku ends at 10 AM on October 26 and this new slot begins at 2 PM the following day, October 27, triple-point campaigns run almost continuously—shifting target time slots—for about three weeks from October 20 through November 9. Mobile Order’s “triple point reward” campaigns have been held repeatedly since 2022, often under themes tied to anniversaries or new-life support, so this round, which carries no particular anniversary or seasonal theme, reads as a more routine installment.

The notice explicitly states that “eligibility for the campaign is based on your order date and time,” meaning eligibility is determined by the time slot in which the order was placed, not the pickup time. Matsuben Net and Matsuben Delivery are not included—this perk is strictly for in-store and takeout orders placed through Matsuya Mobile Order.

Eligible stores are Mobile Order-enabled Matsuya, Matsunoya, My Curry Shokudo, Shoken Chinese Dining, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, and Steak Set Meal Matsugyu, and Tukkun² locations nationwide, excluding some stores such as the Narita Airport Terminal 3 Store and highway parking area stores.

Matsuya Point membership ranks are determined by usage of Mobile Order and Matsuben Net, and the point reward rate varies by rank. The normal Mobile Order reward rates are 1% for Bronze members, 3% for Silver, 4% for Gold, 5% for Platinum, and 7% for Diamond. Since this campaign triples those rates, the reward rates become as shown in the table below.

For example, ordering a Beef Bowl priced at 480 yen via Mobile Order would earn a Diamond member about 100 points at the tripled 21% rate (normally 7%), while a Platinum member (15%) would earn about 72 points. The higher the rank—and the higher the normal reward rate—the bigger the benefit from the triple. Rank for the following month is determined by the total amount spent in a given month: Silver requires at least 1,500 yen in monthly spending, Gold at least 3,000 yen, Platinum at least 4,500 yen, and Diamond at least 10,000 yen.

The notice also includes, at the end, information about a perk granting all new members points worth 100 yen upon signup—this is a separate incidental benefit from the triple-point campaign and is limited to once per person.

‘Matsuya Mobile Order’: Order Without Lining Up at the Ticket Vending Machine

Matsuya Mobile Order is a feature of Matsuya Foods’ official app that lets customers order and pay cashlessly from their smartphone without using the ticket vending machine. Since there’s no need to line up at the machine, it cuts wait times during busy periods, and customers can choose their items while remaining seated. Pre-payment methods include PayPay, d Barai, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, Merpay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, and credit cards.

The notice also walks through the usage steps in five stages. First, tap the “Order” button at the bottom center of the app,

then select “Matsuya Mobile Order” at the center of the screen. You can choose either dine-in or takeout.

Next, search for and select the store you’ll be using,

choose your desired items, and tap “Proceed to Checkout” to move to the payment screen.

Finally, select a payment method and tap “Confirm Order” to complete the process.

Multiple Perks Announced All at Once, Same Day as This One

Matsuya announced several other perk campaigns dated October 26, the same day as this triple-point announcement. These include the “MATSUYA DELI Point Boost Campaign” (October 27, 3 PM through November 2), which awards 50 points for ordering MATSUYA DELI items via Matsuben Net or Matsuya Mobile Order, and an October 29-only “Meat Day” promotion that takes 200 yen off the Large Serving Yakiniku Beef Set Meal, Large Serving Yakiniku Boneless Short Rib Set Meal, and Large Serving Stir-fried Pork with Ginger Soy Sauce Set Meal. With multiple perk announcements overlapping on the same day, there’s more room to mix and match points and discounts.
