Matsuya Holds September 'Achieve Campaign' Giving New Matsuben Net Members 200 Points

Matsuya Foods will hold the “Matsuben Net New User Achieve Campaign” for new members of Matsuben Net, the takeout reservation service on the Matsuya App, starting September 1, 2026. The campaign runs from Tuesday, September 1 through 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30. Customers who register as a new member on the Matsuya App during the period and then place orders of 500 yen or more through Matsuben Net on two or more separate days within 30 days of registration will receive 200 Matsuya Points. The campaign is limited to new Matsuya App members; existing members are not eligible.

Terms: New Registration Plus Two Orders of 500 Yen or More on Separate Days Within 30 Days

The official hero image lays out the path to completion in three steps: (1) register as a new member on the Matsuya App during the campaign period, (2) place orders of 500 yen or more through Matsuben Net on two or more separate days within 30 days of registration, and (3) receive 200 Matsuya Points.

Note that placing two or more orders of 500 yen or more on the same day still counts as only one. The condition is strictly two orders on separate days. Orders through “Matsuya Mobile Order” and “Matsuben Delivery” are not eligible; only Matsuben Net counts. Eligible stores are Matsuya, Matsunoya, My Curry Shokudo, Sushimatsu, Shoken Chinese Dining, Matsutaro, Steak-ya Matsu, Steak Set Meal & Bowl Matsugyu, Mugi no Toriko, and Tukkun² locations nationwide, excluding stores such as those inside parking areas.

Matsuben Net Takeout Reservations and Advance Payment

Matsuben Net is a takeout-only reservation service that lets customers order ahead and pick up with zero wait. Matsuya Points accumulate based on the amount of each purchase, and they can be used when ordering through Matsuben Net, Matsuben Delivery, or Matsuya Mobile Order, at 1 point = 1 yen in units of 10 points.

For advance payment, customers can use PayPay, d Barai, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, Merpay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, and credit cards. The official site says this is “a better deal than buying at the ticket vending machine.”

How to Order on Matsuben Net

The official campaign page walks through the Matsuben Net ordering flow step by step. First, tap the “Order Here” button in the center of the app and select Matsuben Net at the top.

Next, choose the store you will use. The number of stores searchable on Matsuben Net is shown as 1,023, listed in order of distance from your current location.

After choosing a store, specify your pickup date and time. Orders are accepted up to 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing, and pickup can be set anywhere from 15 minutes at the earliest after the store opens to 24 hours ahead.

Select the items you want and proceed to the register and payment screen. The menu screen has a “Bulk Purchase” tab, where bundles for ordering multiple meals at once are also lined up, from a 2-piece Beef Bowl à la Carte set (60 yen cheaper than the regular price) up to a 5-piece set.

Finally, choose your payment method and tap “Confirm Order” to finish.

How to Order Your Way to the 200 Points

The condition is two orders of “500 yen or more per order” on separate days. Matsuya’s signature Beef Bowl in Regular Serving costs 460 yen, which falls 40 yen short per order when ordered alone. Easy ways to get past 500 yen include the Beef Bowl Lunch Set in Regular Serving with salad and miso soup (530 yen), the Bowl of Mixed Simmered Beef and Kimchi in Regular Serving and the Beef Bowl topped with Grated Radish & Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce in Regular Serving (560 yen each), the Miso Soup with Pork & Vegetables Morning Meal (550 yen), and the Sausage and Egg Set Meal (530 yen)—each just one step up from ordering a single item.

If you place two 530-yen orders on separate days, you get 200 points for a total of 1,060 yen, which works out to a rebate rate of about 19%. Even two orders of exactly 500 yen yield 200 points for 1,000 yen, and the points you earn can be used right away on your next order in 1-yen units (in 10-point increments). Adding one more item to a beef bowl, or turning it into a set, leads straight to meeting the conditions, by design.

Fourth Round, Terms Unchanged Since the First

This 200-point campaign for new users began with an announcement in October 2025 for a November run, followed by rounds in February and June 2026, making this the fourth. Looking back at the past announcements, “500 yen or more,” “two or more separate days,” “within 30 days,” “200 points,” and the “eligible store list” are all word-for-word identical, with only the month changing. The difference between rounds lies in the supported advance payment brands: options such as Alipay+ and WeChat Pay, which were not available at first, have since been added, widening the choice of payment methods.

On the previous day, August 30, the official X account announced for Matsuben Net that the “Matsuben Net Double Point Campaign is ending soon,” so this new-customer acquisition campaign arrives just as Matsuben Net’s point promotions are switching over. Also, on the same September 1 as this Achieve Campaign, a Matsuya Mobile Order Triple Point Campaign (September 1 to 14) has been announced. That one targets Mobile Order rather than Matsuben Net and has different grant conditions, making it a separate promotion.
