Behind the Update: A Renewed “Bibim Sauce”

The new sauce was named “Bibim Sauce,” and the announcement named two items as its target: Beef Bibim Bowl and Extra Green Onion Spicy-Savory Green Onion & Egg Beef Bowl. The announcement text described it as having “the gentle taste of Reduced-Salt Soy Sauce paired with the deep richness of Sichuan Doubanjiang” and being “toned down in saltiness for a milder finish” — a description that lines up with what the nutritional data now shows, namely that salt content dropped across every size.
